Microsoft, Dime and Twikey deliver together an eMandate solution for Sepa Direct Debits
On 1/02/2014 at the latest companies working with Direct Debits will need to make the switch to Sepa Direct Debits. The number of companies affected throughout the SEPA area is very high, the numbers show that in the Benelux and France alone 280.000 companies will need to adapt. One of the major changes besides a new format is that enterprises will need to have a signed approval or mandate to launch a Sepa Direct Debit. 38 % of the companies – typically Microsoft Dynamics customers – prefer to manage this flow pure online and want to eliminate all paper work

This module captures all new and modified mandate info from end-customers and feeds it into the new Direct Debit workflow (NAV Team Blog) released with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2. Additionally it offers also the possibility to easy convince new or existing customers to start with Direct Debits.
