Administrative & Management Assistant
For our administration and management support we are hiring a multi-skilled assistant.
Dime is a fast-growing software development and distribution company headquartered in Antwerp with a global network of resellers in more than 45 countries.
What you will do:
- Assist management in administrative tasks
- Process & control purchase invoices
- Receive & distribute incoming calls
- Debit control (payment registration, reminders)
- Credit control (payments)
- Contact & Contract Management (create and maintain ERP data)
- Employee administration (Expenses, Timesheets)
- Monitor and follow-up contracts
- Assist Project Planner
Who you are:
- At least 2 years work experience in Financial Administration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
- Perfect knowledge of Dutch, English & French (written & spoken)
- Can work autonomously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
- You will be leading the administration and report to management directly.
