What you will do:

  • Assist management in administrative tasks
  • Process & control purchase invoices
  • Receive & distribute incoming calls
  • Debit control (payment registration, reminders)
  • Credit control (payments)
  • Contact & Contract Management (create and maintain ERP data)
  • Employee administration (Expenses, Timesheets)
  • Monitor and follow-up contracts
  • Assist Project Planner

Who you are:

  • At least 2 years work experience in Financial Administration
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Perfect knowledge of Dutch, English & French (written & spoken)
  • Can work autonomously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
  • You will be leading the administration and report to management directly.

UK based TVision selects Dime.Scheduler as internal resource scheduling solution before offering it as a complete solution to their customers

TVision is a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner with the expertise to implement business processes in the cloud or on premise, using Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV. They understand the challenges that ambitious agile companies face, and help deliver operational excellence, instant business insight and positive customer experience.

Acces IT is an ERP software solution firm that provides its embedded Dynamics NAV vertical solution contractERP to companies supplying different forms of building material, installation services as well as post install break/fix service.

A diversified Building Product Supply ERP solution built within and around Microsoft Dynamics NAV (and soon 365 BC).  The diversification is identified by the different building product divisions the application has been extended to support.  This includes Doors, Frames and Hardware Distribution, Contract Glaziers Supplying & Installing Commercial Aluminum Windows, Doors, Storefronts and Curtainwall; Commercial Window Manufacturers; Regional Window Fabricators; Building Materials Suppliers selling Drywall,  Ceilings, Steel Framing, Insultation; and Security Systems, Equipment Sales & Services.
